Before proceeding to the more detailed fix below, give this a try:
1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the 'Security' Tab
3. Click 'Default Level'
4. Change slider to 'Medium'.
5. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
6. Refresh the page.
If the video still does not load. Try this method...
1. Select "Tools' in the menu at the top of Internet Explorer
and scroll down to 'Internet Options.' Select.
2. Select the 'Security' tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
3. Click the 'Custom Level' button at the bottom of this window. A
new window shall appear.
4. This is where you will be making the changes, under 'ActiveX controls
and plug-ins'. If you do not see the expanded list below, double-click
'ActiveX controls and plug-ins' to expand the folder.
The following buttons must be selected:
- Download signed ActiveX controls: PROMPT
- Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: ENABLE
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: ENABLE
5. After this, scroll further down the list until you see 'Scripting'. Again, if you do not see the expanded list below, double-click 'Scripting' to expand the folder.
6. The following button must be selected:
- Active Scripting: ENABLE
