Before proceeding to the more detailed fix below, give this a try:
1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options.

2. Click the 'Security' Tab

3. Click 'Default Level'

4. Change slider to 'Medium'.

5. Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
6. Refresh the page.

1. Select "Tools' in the menu at the top of Internet Explorer
and scroll down to 'Internet Options.' Select.

2. Select the 'Security' tab at the top of the Internet Options window.

3. Click the 'Custom Level' button at the bottom of this window. A
new window shall appear.

4. This is where you will be making the changes, under 'ActiveX controls
and plug-ins'. If you do not see the expanded list below, double-click
'ActiveX controls and plug-ins' to expand the folder.
